Always a good experience & rarely a wait. Staff is friendly & professional. Just wish they had more affordable frames - which is why I don't purchase my glasses there.
I went to the Visalia office. The staff was so friendly and the doctor was wonderful! The doctor answered all my questions and gave me very helpful information.

The staff are friendly, everyone is relaxed and not pushy. Had a few very wild experiences in the past that I generally try to avoid. Appointment process was simple, entire event took less then an hour. I did have two things I think could have been better. When we sat down and picked glasses, they draw up the prices based on if you want anti glare and all that. I have an hsa account and it was the end of the year.
