I took my 4 year old son and the staff were great! Katie is so patient and answered all my questions.
Glasses were expensive. Eye doctor exam is always thorough and professional. The service when purchasing glasses was not awesome for the prices I paid. I am still waiting on a pair I ordered about 3-4 weeks ago. The first ones came in and were handed to me without them checking to see how they fit, which they have done in the past. I just felt like an inconvenience when I picked them up. Hopefully, just an off day for the team there.
Friendly staff, exceptional service. I got two pair of glasses and both came back perfect. Thanks Family Eyecare.
