The staff at the front desk were very friendly, however when I went to pick up my glasses they were far to bent on one side, literally one side being lifted up because of it, when I told the person helping me she didn't believe me and seemed even reluctant to fix the issue. She fixed them slightly but they are still leaning over to one side.
It has been 16 BUSINESS DAYS since my daughter's appointment and was told her glasses woukd arrive in 7-10 business days. I have called their automated AI system several times in the last 3 weeks inquiring about them and they still said they are im transit please check in in 3-5 more business days.... I finally requested to get through to a representative who told me they were there and apparently not checked into their system! Really frustrating with my 4th grader has been struggling!
