If I had of realised how good Family Eyecare Bentleigh were I would have gone there when I moved into the area 21 yrs ago. Instead I kept driving to Windsor where I had gone since the early 80’s. James Baumgarten does such a thorough eye examination. The practice is modern with up to date equipment and they offer a great range of competitively priced frames. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. I even received a follow up call to ensure I was happy with my spectacles. I can highly recommend this practice.
Been coming here for all my optical needs for 23 years.. Family friendly and simply amazing service. Highly recommend. James, Annette, Karen and the rest of the simply sensational team.
If you want a quick service then DO NOT use this company, ordered Contact lenses and they had still not been shipped a week later, when I told them i didn't require them and would like a refund, I was told I had to wait to receive them and send them back costing me more money!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So now i am out of pocket over $100 and a don't need them now as i got others after waiting so long.
