My appointment was 9/9/24. Ms. Keene was very scripted, wanted to sell me vitamins I could only buy there. Did not have a very good selection of eye wear. I called 2 weeks after the appointment to ask about glasses. They said I would receive a call the next day. Today is 10/8/24, after not hearing from anyone, I went and got my prescription to take to another place who will actually show and sell me a pair of glasses. Will not go back, very unprofessional.
