Took my mom here for an eye exam. The office staff were very friendly, the only reason for 2 stars. The doc had no manners at all, no greeting, no introduction. The equipment was all very dated. Won’t be going back.
Easy process to book an appointment for my 5 year old. The staff and Doctor were so gentle and patient with her. She enjoyed her first visit from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming ! She can’t wait to visit again. 💕
I always get courteous and professional service here. The staff is friendly and thorough when addressing me. Dr Neal answered a concern about my vision that I was going to bring up, but he noticed it in my exam. He explained it to me in a way I understood. This is just one reason why I continue to use the Family Eye Center for all of my vision care!!
