To clarify, this isn't a local business. The owner and the optometrist live out of town. My visit last year when I had an exam and glasses off my insurance went fine, but my recent experience resulted in being outright lied to for MONTHS, being told multiple times my safety glasses were on back order only to call the manufacturer to find out they were never ordered. They had me schedule a contact appointment 6 months in advance manage to cancel 1 hour before said appointment they offered no compensation for my time lost no follow up or reschedule nothing. Honestly awful business
