I have no problem with the eye doctors at Family Eye Center, but the office staff has made some major mistakes in my case. I submitted my name, address, phone, work phone, etc, as well as insurance info. This was October 2006. My daughter received an eye exam and contacts. We have been back once, in January, to get more contacts because she ran out. I was told insurance had covered most of the cost and I paid what it didnt cover.
