Dr Frame and his staff are awesome. I've gone there for more years than I can remember and will continue to go there for my eyecare. Dr.Frame is patient and friendly and does not rush you through your appointments. The front desk staff have been very helpful throughout the years, especially when it comes to suggestions of frames and will give honest opinions. They are very conversational and pleasant.

I changed insurances so I had to look for another eye doctor. I went to Family Eye Care because I thought it would be a good choice looking at the reviews unfortunately, I did not have that great of an experience. Dr. Frame was awesome and he got my prescription right for the first time in years and I was actually able to see however, when I went to pick up my glasses which I had to pay an additional $240 (not having designer frames) but that was not the issue. I recently had to change eye dr. I jumped to Google in search of the best options close to me. After reading a number of reviews on multiple search results I came across Family Eye Care. From day one I thought the service was amazing. The receptionist was very friendly and the doctor was very informative. Move forward to my pick up day, I am certain I have found my perfect eye dr.
