Worst place I’ve ever been in my life pushed glasses off on me that I didn’t even need. I need a cataract surgery and he’s pushing glasses off on me. Not only like that, but I I paid by coinsurance every time I went of $35 each time. I went four times now they’re saying I owe 90 something dollars in late charges. The places are rip off. Don’t go there.

As a new patient, I was excited they accepted my insurance. By this, it turns out they’ll input your card. That doesn’t mean it actually covers anything nor will they tell you this up front. They did get me in quickly so they got a star for that. The doctor and his lady helping (unsure what her title is) were fantastic. Doctor even text a couple days later to double check the new prescription before placing my order. So definitely a star for that. Coming back to their front end, the ones answering the phones, making appointm... read more

Make SURE to ask for your prescription before leaving. They WILL NOT give it to you unless you demand it. This is a blatant violation of the 1978 Eyeglass Rule which is enforced by the FTC. I filed a complaint against them. I'll be going to the BBB and ICC next.

A VR headset did most of my eye exam, and it felt like the lady putting drops in my eyes was shooting at me with a squirt gun that kept missing one eye. It was very uncomfortable. In the past, the doctor always reviewed my eye scans with me, and I was told it would be $35 for him to do that (but required for them to take the scans anyways). I’ve... read more

Poor service, treated poorly! Bought two pair of glasses, took my money and didn’t appreciate it. Ungrateful! It won’t be necessary to come and talk to you because the same consensus is all over town. I called because I had floaters. At my 1 o’clock appointment Dr. Kirby had someone named Jean and he went to lunch. She put some dilation drops in my eyes as Dr. Kirby directed her, and then she direct started to do an eye exam, which was very unusual. Dr. Kirby came back from lunch and talked to me about my floaters because Je... read more
