Very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service! We had an insurance issue and a warranty issue...neither of which were taken care! We spent over $3,000 which is why I feel compelled to voice my experience. In both cases, we were told there was nothing they could do. I had to have the insurance company call them and explain how to process the claim and even the insurance representative was treated rudely. All five members of my family have been ongoing customers at Family Eye Care for years. The care from Dr. Holm is unmatched, and his service team is always friendly and helpful. The quality of the frames and lenses are very high. My daughter wears contacts and frequently loses them. The team there always bends over backwards to make sure she has a loaner pair until the next order comes in, and frequently have exactly what we need in stock. Highly recommend!
