I have a serious eye disease that requires diligent monitoring. Having a confidence in a competent eye doctor is essential. Dr. Malik is knowledgeable, thorough, reassuring and genuinely compassionate. Her personable staff makes for an overall pleasant experience.
The new staff in this office are very condescending. I was refused a reimbursement even after OHIP provided a letter stating I am to be paid in full upon receiving that letter. After multiple phone calls with phony promises of returned phone calls, I had to contact the CFMA to push the reimbursement. I've been going to this establishment since I was young and brought my children there as well. It's horrible to see such a great business go down hill with the change over to new staff members. Very Friendly staff. Dr. Nida Malik was very patient with me and took her time explaining what my concern was with my eye issue. Left there feelling better and I look forward to my next appointment.
