This was my first time meeting Dr. Malik . She was very welcoming and thorough with testing . I even said when I left “I felt I was in good hands for the health of my eyes”.
I’ve been going to this doctors office for many years and enjoyed all the staff even when I had Dr. Bihun , however I just had one experience today because all the Admins seem to be new there who was very rude as I called in to order my contact lenses. However, she asked me what kind and I told her the brand name but I wasn’t sure the rest because I was not at home to look at and get my contacts. I was at work when I was calling.. Everyone at Dr Malik’s office is friendly and professional. Dr Malik took the time to explain procedures, answered all my questions, helped me make decisions regarding my eye health and then helped me pick out suitable frames. A great first experience. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with the folks at this office!
