The receptionist at the Natchitoches location is VERY rude. So rude I decided I didn’t even want to schedule a follow up appointment with them. August 2026
The service was good but when eyeglass choices were presented you were asked if you minded picking up in Natchitoches,LA WHICH IS OVER ONE HOUR PLUS AWAY FROM MY ADDRESS!!! THEY ARE CLOSING THIS SITE!!! Thanks to the BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL this is what will happen in RURAL AREAS…pitiful!

This place is the most friendly and professional eye clinic I have ever been to. I've been wearing glasses since I was in the 2nd grade. I'm 42 yr old now. So I've been to a lot of eye clinic in my life. But not any of them come even close this place. The clinic has the best and up to date tools to insure that you get the best care for your eyes.
