Extremely disappointed. I don’t know what is going on at this office. I have had nothing but problems with optical assistant, Carly Geer, and my contacts this year. I’ve received medically necessary contacts for years even from other offices and she is now saying they have been billing incorrectly for years and I never should have received coverage for those contacts.
