Extremely disappointed. I don’t know what is going on at this office. I have had nothing but problems with optical assistant, Carly Geer, and my contacts this year. I’ve received medically necessary contacts for years even from other offices and she is now saying they have been billing incorrectly for years and I never should have received coverage for those contacts. Chico Family Eye Care was easily the best place I have ever been to. They care and compassion EVERYONE has here is ridiculous. I was welcomed and remembered like never before. Talking to everyone here was like talking to friends and family. Get your eyes checked by the best!!!
I have been looking for a good place to go too. I am from the bay area and had a awesome eye doctor and just couldn't seem to find the right place. after coming here, from their customer service when being greeted, the doc, the people checking you out and placing your order, I have to say I found my place. I love everything about this outfit. I highly recommend them.
