My experience with Kalahari Resorts and Family Entertainment Group was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. A wallet containing confirmed cash, cards, and personal belongings was found on their property and somehow handed over to the wrong person without proper verification or basic security procedures being followed. The fact that the wallet still had the cash and contents inside when it was turned over makes this situation even more unbelievable and negligent. We had an issue at a Kiosk while on vacation. Vincent responded quickly and kept working on the problem until it was resolved. He was very pleasant and kind throughout our conversations as well! Great service!

I had some business to take care of here. Very laid back corporate atmosphere. They are pet friendly here. Multiple staff had their pets with them while at work.
