I called the office, but it consistently went straight to voicemail. I left three separate voicemails and never received a call back. Communication was a major issue, and I ultimately had to seek care elsewhere at Owensboro Health ENT. I hope they improve their responsiveness for other patients.

Very friendly and helpful always quick to answer all my questions and concerns.. flexible with my schedule and what works best for them .. would recommend them to anyone.. oh and by the way I can breath unrestricted for the first time in many many years !!!

I had a balloon sinusplasty by Dr. Mark Royer and could not be happier. After being worried for years about the extended recovery time from traditional sinus surgery, I was impressed by the skills and equipment he had that would not only reduce recovery time, but also be less expensive and less painful that the traditional route. Very thorough in the post op follow ups as well.

I can’t say enough great things about this office and their staff. I came to them frustrated with a sinus problem I’ve dealt with for many years. Dr. Allison Royer is who I worked with and from the first visit to each one after she has always made me feel comfortable. Even when I had my procedure I had a lot of anxiety going into it but between herself and her staff they made me feel so at ease. They even called me that evening to check on me!
