HUGE SCAM!!! The rep came to my door and promised lower rates. She lied when looking at my bill and told me exact amounts that would change and drop off my bill and then "coached" me through the verification call. As I had already been looking into a different energy supplier, I was willing to try out a new service because I was promised no risk, no cancelation fees, etc. I looked into it the next day and called to cancel when I found out others had been scammed. If I could leave them no stars, I would. This company is a scam. Criminal. Completely Fraudulent. They come into your office and introduce themselves as working for the utility company. They tell you they will save you money on supply charges. This month alone, we had $1400+ in supply charges for the (4) meters we have. I called to cancel my account with them and I was told I will be charged $217.50 for each bill. There is some sort of lawsuit with NYS. I added our company name to that.
