They were a subcontractor hired to do the electrical on our detached shop/garage. Their rep came out to discuss my requirements and ensured me that the overhead lighting would be more than sufficient and equal to what I already had in our garage. Molly was great at communicating and my estimate was perfect and a great price compared to other companies. The technicians were great and completed their work very quickly. The worst company I ever dealt with. 1. They left out ceiling fan from estimate and demanded extra for it on the project day so I bit the bullet and agreed to pay for it. 2. They changed the plan where the trench will be dug because the worker noticed how thick the wall was. Because of this, they bursted water pipe and Molly, the office worker told me I wouldn't be charged for it but then changed her word later on and demanded that I pay half of the plumber cost. We had Mark and Balal out on 5/22/2024 to install ceiling fan (including running new electrical and switch) and 2 exterior outlets and troubleshoot a ring camera circuit. They did a great job, were polite and very professional. They identified a simplification to our plan that allowed us to add an additional outlet and significantly reduced the amount of drywall impacted.
