What they speak and preach is not what actions they execute !! Spreading chemicals on the driveway INSTEAD of just shoveling the driveway can not be healthy for the earth. Living in harmony with the land is not spreading chemicals that seep into the ground and makes the ground polluted. Also they hire people to plant their gardens because of the lack of gardening knowledge they have, yet they also have workshops on how to garden.. how does that make any sense? I’m so happy to see this kind of place in my area! I think this is an amazing idea and I look forward to trying some of the workshops when my kids are a bit bigger. After talking with the owner a bit I can’t wait to see what’s to come too. We spent a few hours here and my kids had a lot of fun exploring (1 year old, 5 years old and 7 years old). We are doing the #1000hoursoutside challenge and this playgroup helped us towards that goal :)

I spent the day at Family Earth with my two children (3 and 6) during a homeschooling activity and we loved our time there! Rochelle was super friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about her work. We got to explore the grounds, learn about native plants, and sample some home-made sumac syrup. Lovely experience.
