I'm a new customer to this place, and I wasn't happy with the staff's attitude towards me when I had questions about a couple of my prescription transfers. I just didn't feel welcome when I was in there! Another thing I don't like is instead of putting the number of refills on the bottle, they put the quantity of medication you have left; i.e. my prescription is for 90 pills with 8 refills, they put 720 qty remaining for RX until whatever date. I had the worst experience I've ever had today at family drug Mart West @ Gause Blvd and Hwy 11 in Slidell,la. I had to pick up $50 of a left over prescription from earlier this month because I didn't have the whole $206 to pick up the entire prescription all at once. So earlier this month I just picked up $150 of the prescription which again left me with just having to pay $56 today to pick up the remainder of my prescription. No problem.
