What a terrible experience. Both the security staff and the facility management were extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I arrived to recover and drop off one of their trailers, and the staff acted as though they owned the entire area. Their attitude was rude, disrespectful, and unnecessarily difficult. To other drivers: if you have a load going to this location, be prepared for delays, poor treatment, and an unpleasant environment. Even after unloading, you still have to wait at least 2 hours just to pay the lumper fee. The staff here work very slowly and seem to have no regard for other people’s time. If drivers are expected to arrive 30 minutes early and sign in exactly on time, then they should respect our time as well.

Fair unloading less than 2 hours no overnight parking about 4 miles tiny truck stop and plaza Lowe’s target Walmart etc you can park

Fast in and out for drop and hook deliveries. Security guy was very professional. When picking up a empty from this location the trailer is being dropped in the highest position.
