Better hope you get a drop and hook
I delivered many Dry Van live loads here since 2023 and most of the time 2-3 hours for unloading unless has some serious problems with load. Plenty of space for maneuvering. Chk in at guard shack, They give you assign you dock #, Back up at assigned door, unhook the trailer, apart way of 5 feet. Then go straight by Door 82-83 for check in. Appointment was at 6 am, pulled in around 5:50. Got a door immediately. Process takes about two hours. They call you when the paper work is ready. Easy check in, simple in & out. Plenty of parking, places to eat in the area. Walmart, Target, Lowe’s less than 5 miles away near highway. Would definitely come here again
No parking not taking the load. Requiring appointment rescheduling for the drop n hook. Guard is rude.
