In and out with a live unload in under 90min. It was 7pm though
Gate and office personnel were great. The unloading procedures, not so much. Less than 30 minutes to unload, but 3 hours to segregate and count product.
Very expensive lump for fees. $660 for a lump fee lol they’re out of their mind but OK.
My experience with this company was terrible. I stood in line for 40 minutes just to check in, while there were only 8 other drivers ahead of me. Meanwhile, the staff in the office were calmly doing their morning exercises. This is just absurd — 8 or 9 people waiting, and all the staff are busy with nonsense. I am very disappointed.
