If delivering a drop & hook but you see an older lady with an orange bush plus glasses be prepared for a long wait...took me almost 2 hours while she was guided by someone on the phone how to do everything.
My experience was great except the 578.10 fees you can only check-in an hour early overnight parking available pilot within 10 miles and also a mom and pop store at the same exit
Check in 7 am check out 9 am they’re unloading very fast but they hold me around hour on the door
