Extremely slow every time I’ve been here. Staff tends to be extremely unpleasant to deal with, bordering on rude. Like every place with lumper fees, they take forever. Showed up 20 mins early for appointment, wasn’t “allowed” to check in until 20 mins after my appointment time.
Trailer only took about an hour to unload no big deal. The issues is, after paying the huge lumber fee, waiting over 2 hours (so far) for bills to be signed. How does it take longer to sign bills then unloading a trailer? Bring camping supplies before entering.
Drivers don’t come here Appointment at 9 and I’m at the gate 5:30 and they saying we don’t take early appointments 3 hours for them is early appointment 0 star
