Bought a sound speaker yesterday, it didn’t work. Went today for a refund to get told I can only exchange it b/c that’s their policy. I said where does it say that? Dana w/her nasty attitude pointed to a sign that clearly didn’t state that. I said show me a sign, any sign or my receipt saying that I can only exchange, that’s what I’ll do, otherwise give me my money back.
