Booked for an appointment at 10am, arrived on time and was told I was next in but waited for 1 hour 30 minutes to be seen for a 5 minute consultation. And it wasn’t even busy Terrible service. Changing doctors
Had the absolute worst experience there yesterday the doctor didn’t fill out my paperwork to go back to work properly and when I rang them 3 times to tell them about this mistake, reception didn’t give a damn , so disappointed

Uncaring unprofessional happy to leave. Lack of empathy worst two months of my life it could have been better if I went to another practise. This has lost what should be importantly that is patient care. Ordering medication not on the PBS not communicating that to the patient then being told by another doctor not to take. Not giving explanations why I was put on a medication the made me sleep from 9 pm to 1.30 pm the next day so much for informed consent.
