Terrible experience - first the waiting!! Then Dr Jess was obviously in a hurry. Rush rush rush. Instead of offering a balanced view and allowing me to decide, she railroaded me and tried to pass this off as knowing better due to her “experience”. Talk about gaslighting. I entered in to see Dr Shan Lowe. I had no expectation as was last minute. She was beyond magnificent and left no stone unturned. It was without a doubt the best service I have ever had in regards to mid life women’s health. I would highly recommend her. She is diligent, detailed and efficient beyond words.
Easily the best practice in Brisbane. Every doctor I've had an appointment with here (for myself and my son) has been kind, caring, informative and helpful. Plus the receptionists are wonderful. Thank you Family Doctors Plus
