Absolutely disgusting. Sonia the receptionist has 0 customer service skills and likes to exhaust the fact that she’s the “Manager” can speak to people anyway she wants because the “Complaints” come through to her. I called up to book in a Telehealth because the doctor didn’t contact me the day prior, she said she would book it in but when I asked for the time she said “The doctor will call you when he’s free” I got the same response yesterday and did not receive a call.
