Absolutely disgusting. Sonia the receptionist has 0 customer service skills and likes to exhaust the fact that she’s the “Manager” can speak to people anyway she wants because the “Complaints” come through to her. I called up to book in a Telehealth because the doctor didn’t contact me the day prior, she said she would book it in but when I asked for the time she said “The doctor will call you when he’s free” I got the same response yesterday and did not receive a call. As a first-time mum navigating pregnancy, I was really hoping to feel supported and guided by my doctors, especially when it came to referrals and knowing what steps to take next. Dr Mala 🤮 Went in for mental health support, left feeling worse. Poor communication, didn’t listen, and was running 20 minutes lat when there weren’t even any patients in the clinic. Advertises as “calm and caring,” but that was not my experience. If she’s Australian-trained, it certainly didn’t show in her professionalism or communication. Now I know why same-day appointments were available. You’re better off seeking help from AI than from her cold, mechanical approach. Save yourself the time (and $90) and go elsewhere.
