Myself and children went here for quite a few years as one of the only local bulk billing practices. Doctors would not take back pain seriously, did not do an examination, remained in his seat and said it is likely to get better in a week. found problems with vertebrae months later with a different practice. When they made a mistake with urgent test results and pressed to correct their mistake, instead they denied that we were ever patients there!! I have been a patient of Dr. Jannet Ara at the family doctor service clinic for over a year. The receptionists are pleasant and kind. Dr. Ara is an experienced and responsible doctor who brings credit to the clinic.
I've been reading everyone bad experience here but I can't fault the doctors at all part from the long wait but that's not there fault other then that I'm happy with the service from here the other day my doctor called in sick and they got me another appointment on the spot and was only waiting for about half hour and this doctor is actually doing his job getting my care plan mental plan etc done unlike my old doctors wouldn't do anything very happy with these doctors best doctor I've been to and the front of the counter stu... read more
