Despite having multiple appointments since September 2024 (apparently when this “fee” is for) and not one person saying anything. Tried to make an appointment today due to chronic and debilitating pain and kidney issues because of my Multiple Sclerosis but was told I needed to pay an “outstanding fee.” This place is becoming wildly known within the community as being unprofitable, shady and rude. Quite sad considering it was once a great little practice. Avoid!!
Useless and unprofessional team back in 2023. Don't go here if it's for a serious condition. I'm still paying for it 3 years later, I should have stopped with this mob after 3 months of their nonsense. My first doctor told me that adults don't get diagnosed with ADHD. Wild. So I changed docotor. Receptionists kept sending my referral to the wrong email address, for over a year, across 2 referrals. Myself and children went here for quite a few years as one of the only local bulk billing practices. Doctors would not take back pain seriously, did not do an examination, remained in his seat and said it is likely to get better in a week. found problems with vertebrae months later with a different practice. When they made a mistake with urgent test results and pressed to correct their mistake, instead they denied that we were ever patients there!!
