Very rude over the phone. Left me on the phone then they hang up on me, call back then they forget i was on the phone, call back just alot of back and forth. I didn't even know they moved locations until i show up there is a paper on the window. Mind you i don't see the doctor unless I really need to but they didn't even tell me over the phone they moved.
Happened to March 28,2022 at 2:10pm Childish and unprofessional. The Girl answering the phones for this clinic. Is just playing around on the phone. She answers the phone then hangs up.
Horrible service the nurses are rude and incompetent, they are not well trained and their English sucks I’m Mexican and I couldn’t understand them half of the time, with their attitude and their heavy accents. They need nicer and professional people. This place is terrible.

Always have an issue with the receptionist and some staff. Some are very unprofessional I have had some argue with me and tell me I'm wrong and that it's my responsibility too contact for certain changes. They wont even help too get my referrals. I had issue with ofelia today and she had no issue with arguing and telling me it's my responsibility to get reference number.
