To call this place a family doctor clinic is joke. This is a call center where front line staff is a rude and incompetent bunch who work a scam to get as many medical cards swiped in a day as they can. They never have a slot open and if you do manage to schedule an appointment be sure to have an extra 2 hrs of your life free because they always run late. What a poor service, they should clearly mention that they don't accept walk-in patients. I went there without appointment around 11am and the lady on counter sent me home saying I'll call you after 1:30 hrs but she contacted me after 4:30 pm. (after 5 hours). Even though in hospitals emergency department doesn't take that much time.
Worth Experience with them every time we go visit them. Walk in it takes 4 hrs and now we waited 2 weeks to get appointment with them and then again had to wait more than 1 hr to get our turn. Will consider visiting them again.
