They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference... read more

The chairs they had in the waiting room were horrible. I was so uncomfortable; I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
