Staff was very rude to my elderly mother.
I called to ask about the generic brands they could order for particular medication and was given 2 choices, both of which were better than the one being offerred this month (thru Walmart, which makes me physically ill)) and so I called my doctors office (Tulsa) and asked them to please send my script here. (I waited all day since my doc usually calls after 4-5 pm) and then got a call from this pharmacy stating they could not offer the 2 options I had been given quoted previously, and then asked who it was that quoted those ... read more
They are fast and friendly
The staff is very very rude and disrespectful. I never have these problems, let alone ever leave a review. But the ladies that answer the phone are just rude. After i was hung up on by one of them, a lady named Britney answered the phone and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not a good experience at all.
