They are fast and friendly
The staff is very very rude and disrespectful. I never have these problems, let alone ever leave a review. But the ladies that answer the phone are just rude. After i was hung up on by one of them, a lady named Britney answered the phone and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not a good experience at all.
I don't even want to give this business a one star! I stopped using this Pharmacy years ago because of the way they handle their business, my 80-year-old mother still uses Family Discount Pharmacy, she is constantly having problems with their medication, from receiving the wrong medication, to not receiving it at all! Their same song and dance is it's not ready, even though the doctor called in the prescription hours in advance, sometimes it's not even ready to the same day... I’ve had two separate instances where I wasn’t notified about issues with my prescriptions being filled. When I called to ask about it, the staff were extremely rude—interrupting me and raising their voices. This is completely unprofessional. I’ll be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere and won’t be recommending this pharmacy. Walmart Pharmacy, for example, is always courteous and keeps me informed if there’s an issue.
