(It’s my first time seeing Dr. Nathani last week. He is very professional, nice and caring. However, the 2 star rating is for their front office. I’ve been calling and emailing them to respond to RX Helper’s messages (email, fax, calls) but they seem to just ignore my request. I have an expensive medication and it’s not covered by my insurance, RX Helper is assisting me in providing affordable prices, all they need to is respond and fill out the form which was confirmed it was emailed and fax.
