I scheduled an appointment today at 4 PM and drove over an hour to get there. This practice has two locations only about 10 minutes apart, and I accidentally went to the wrong one because it wasn’t clearly marked on the confirmation. When I arrived, the staff at that location called the correct office to let them know I was just a few minutes away but they refused to see me. Nicole Wisowaty PA-C is always very pleasant and addresses any concerns in a calm and informative manner. The practice always gets me an appointment in a timely manner, and the front office staff is very friendly. I would recommend this practice.
16 years of care and all of the staff has been great. they take good care and are thorough.
The experience I had today with Dermatology Partners was an excellent experience. Everyone from the front office gal to the nurse & Michelle the PA were so supportive and they made me feel at ease. They made me feel comfortable and important. They biopsyed a spot on my face that was Painless. They scheduled my follow up appt and my appointment for next year right in the exam room.
