Arrived for my appointment and the office was closed. No call or anything . Two other patients arrived shortly after and were all confused as they had not been called either. I guess they wanted a long weekend! I WILL NOT be back! Not a way to conduct a business.
My husband and I went to this Dermatologist after moving to Cartersville. Neither of us were happy with the care here. We were made to feel like we were just a number so they could file our insurance. I was not called back after they removed a spot on my face. After 3 weeks I called them and they said it was urgent for me to get back in and have more removed. If it was that urgent, then why didn't they call me. They schedule all their surgeries on Fridays. Do Not Use this Dermatologist -- I visited them one time in 2013. They said they pre-approved my insurance for a simple procedure and in 2016 I got an invoice for $318.00.....YES - Three years later!! I sent them a certified letter asking for an explanation of Benefits so I could check with my insurance company and within a few weeks I received a letter from a collection agency. They do not communicate and have a staff that is not have the knowledge they need to take care of the patients.
Never picked up their phone and this is during business hours. Avoid like the Flu, spend your money elsewhere.
