Scheduled an appointment on Monday, Sept. 30th for 8:40am on Thursday 10/4. Arrived 10 minutes early as instructed to fill out some forms. However, the receptionist informed me that I was not in the system. Clearly they made an error as I just scheduled the appointment 3 days prior and immediately added to my calender.
