Woman answering the phones is a nightmare. She doesn’t understand insurance policies or customer service. Don’t waste your time here. If the dentist would hire somebody like this, you probably don’t want them anywhere near your mouth.
Disgusted. The person who runs the front desk shared my personal information on social media. I messaged the incident to them and never received a response. I do not recommend. Incredibly unprofessional.
