Outstanding, would recommend.
The dental assistant who took care of me today was an absolute blessing. She knew I was upset over my insurance and just let me process. She continued to check in with me and even tried to find other options for me. The verdict wasn’t ideal but she was so nice and understanding. I have always had good experiences with all the assistants there and I hope that continues. Every visit I’ve had has had amazing and attentive care. All of the staff at Loida are wonderful in my book.
After many years of searching for a kind, patient, and knowledgeable dentist, we finally found Dr. Loida. He has gone above and beyond for my family, providing exceptional care with professionalism and compassion. His expertise and dedication are unmatched, and we truly appreciate the welcoming and supportive atmosphere his staff creates. There is no other dentist we would trust with our family's care. We highly recommend Dr. Loida and his team!
