The receptionist needs better customer service skills . I shouldn’t feel like I have to put on boxing gloves whenever I call when I already drive far by choice just to see the doctor when there are plenty of other practices around me.
Dr. E, the hygienists, and assistants are very professional and do an excellent job of not only caring for your dental needs but taking the time to answer your questions and explain.
They were very nice to me and I like going there for the first time!!
Have loved my experience here so far. The team provides an excellent quality of care with a super thorough approach. They explain everything well at every step, and their top priority is getting (and keeping) your teeth healthy. Would recommend 10/10.
