Waited an hour to then be told that they may be late to see me for my appointment. So I ended up having to leave because I already wasted an hour and still wasn’t called to the back. I understand that things come up but I had an appointment and they still took a walk-in before me.
Very professional and caring staff
Not very happy with Family Dentisrty right now. Not sure what has happened here recently but appointments being reschedule bills being sent and being left on hold for more than 12 minutes. You used to be able to call and speak to people and felt like they cared about you. Now your just a pay check. Might be looking for a new Dentist.
Canceled first appt with no communication/call/voicemail. Do not recommend
An Autistic Adult Perspective I had a dental emergency early in the morning. A wonderful receptionist, Erica (*not sure on spelling*) was my first contact. She answered my questions and made me a same day appointment. She was compassionate about my predicament and eased my fears of going to a new dentist.
