They are not only friendly but take the time to explain everything in detail and made sure my son did not feel anxious at all. 5 star rating is not enough!!!! Best Dentist office we’ve ever been too and I travel all over the US
Waiting on my wife to get some exam i was rudely spoken to by receptionsist (kelly?)about who was i and was I waiting on someone i calmly explained that I was waiting on my wife. (Tone words approch, all say tons) Guys watch out, this office hates males. I guess sitting in the car is my place. 100 degrees and not welcome in the office. Sorry hon I believe your purse poodle would have been treated better than me.
Absolutely amazing experience. Came in with an infected tooth. First time ever have a tooth extracted and I have major anxiety of dentist because of my biological mother. But Surgeon Norton Kieth, I never got the awesome dentist name that was with me and coaching me the whole time. If you ever see this I ABSOLUTELY GRATEFUL TO YOU. but both her and him walked me through everything. They assisted me with my needs and reassure me. They're absolutely awesome and I'm glad my first experience was with them.
Waited an hour to then be told that they may be late to see me for my appointment. So I ended up having to leave because I already wasted an hour and still wasn’t called to the back. I understand that things come up but I had an appointment and they still took a walk-in before me.
