I’ve seen both Dr. Johnson and Dr. Brown and they’re both great. All the hygienists have been great, too. Super nice experience every time.
Writing a review due to my family’s recent experience after being patients at this practice for multiple years. My wife had a bad policy through Market Place and we weren’t aware there was a past due balance on her account, and we went through a financial situation once while being patients to at this practice, but NOW we were advised we’ll need to pay upfront for a yearly cleaning that’s offered with her NEW policy from her employer to pay $330 per person and be reimbursed after their paid from the insurance provider. While in Henry County, we fell in love with this facility. Dr. Brown had Coach at his utterances of UGA. I was pulled in by the professionalism and remained a patient due to the concern and expedited care given when I suffered an OTJ injury. Even after hours, they were there for me. Although we've moved away, we know where OUR dentist is. We drive an hour for appointments, but find that it's worth it. I'm saddened to learn that one of their standout employees is leaving. I had the best experience today …. Sad to admit I am terrified of the dentist from the assistant to the dentist himself they made me very comfortable and not as ashamed of the shape my teeth are in . I would definitely recommend going to this office !!!
