Yesterday I had a friend that was at this office and there was an assistant that was the rudest that my friend had ever meet. Her name was Sylvia and she was training a new assistant and was being so unprofessional and rude to this assistant in front of my friend. I have been an assistant for over 20 years and as a office manager / assistant I would never allow the employees to be so unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a joke. So many things they did wrong, so UNORGANIZED. They couldn't even find the " heating tool" used at the end of a root canal. Shouldn't the tools be ready BEFORE the procedure?? They actually had to borrow my lighter in order to finish!! They lost my permanent bridge for about 20 minutes. They went through 3 dental assistants in the 4 visits I was there. Their equipment didn't work. And to Sylvia, it was always someone else's fault. Do not use this dentist!!
I work here every now and then, I enjoy working here I enjoy the other stuff I get to work with I also enjoy helping out the patients. All these negative comments that are made about this office are false, most of these people want to take 10 brakes, get most of their treatments for free, or just come in with a really bad attitude. I had gotten my braces done here. The service is fast was easy and comfortable. For a small office they do a great job. They always have great deals all year long for cleaning and bleaching braces and everything else. There's one assistant who does the job 4 and is always on top of her game and on her toes. I am 22 with a part time job and a lot of bills and Sylvia made it possible for me to fix my teeth.
