I just went and got my wisdom teeth removed, they were incredibly kind, very understanding. All I needed to do was communicate when things started to hurt and they immediately stopped and gave me more numbing. I got all four out awake. While the phone situation at times can be frustrating, I also understand they’re juggling a lot of patients. The process, while terrifying, was made 10x better with the staff so attentive and reassuring. Wouldn’t have wished for anything more, thanks so much for all you do !
They literally never answer the phone. I have left messages and have texted the clinic cell phone number, no one ever gets back to me. It has been weeks. It is almost impossible to reach anyone. I only dealt with the complete lack of communication issue because I could not find another local dental office accepting new patients. I finally found somewhere else. Some of the staff are nice, but they completely lack professionalism and basic communication with patients. I will no longer be going here anymore.
Horrible place. First I felt two teeth being pulled. He didn’t stop to recumbent just kept pulling. Second my stitches came out the next day resulting in a dry socket third they never sent my meds to my pharmacy had to go to er.. Lastly they give u over the counter pain meds . U pulled 5 teeth wisdom at that like that’s gonna help the pain. Insane n they never answer the phone
This place is very unprofessional. They give you an emergency number and the emergency number is out of service so you’ll be calling Absolutely no one if you’re in pain. They don’t even pick up the phone half the times. My crown keeps getting infected cause of how poorly in was placed . I had to go to Rochester because of the pain. They told me that my tooth is too big. He never shaved it down. He really never did nothing to it. So Rochester emergency had to shave it down for me and give me antibiotics.
