Extremely unprofessional. I had scheduled an appointment for a couple of things- they messed it up and had the wrong information for my appointment and tried blaming me! I was lectured by Dr. Fonagy and then told I wasted their time by their receptionist! When I tried calling back to discuss the situation - no call back - Twice! I had been a patient for over 10 years there - no more.
