We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed meeting Cameron and Mo, our dental assistants. They were great with our kids and made it a positive way experience. Dr. John was great as well!
All three of my kids have been patients at My Village for approximately 4 years. We have NEVER had a bad experience. The dentists and all but one of the staff member have been professional and compassionate. The only staff member that has been rude to me is the woman who handles financing and/or Medicaid. Utterly disgusted with My Village Pediatric! First of all I WOULD NOT recommend taking your children there. The staff is rude, has no compassion or sympathy for the children they are dealing with. My daughter got caps a week ago and one has been hurting her so she had to go back today. Thankfully its not infected just still swollen. Personally, looking at the X-Rays that were taken a month ago I do not think she even needed caps to begin with, I think the dentist drilled too far trying to "restrain" my child because their ga... read more
