I have to agree with the review below me by Rob S. I went to this office for a few years, more out of laziness to look for a new dentist then anything else. The staff and front desk are all very nice, nothing wrong from their end. The dentist is the problem. Her work is very shoddy. Well, not just shoddy, I think that she performs procedures that aren't necessary in order to make money. In all my interactions with her, I always felt that way. First of all, the front desk was nice at welcoming patient. All the staff were so nice. But dentist work was terrible. She just cares about the money. She did a root canal treatment for my tooth, then after few months I started to have a pain. When I went back, she told me " Oh, your tooth is infected and needs extraction". I was shocked as I spent my money for nothing. Dr. Pelak and the staff at Total Dentistry are fantastic! It's a really welcoming, friendly environment and they really know how to make you feel comfortable. I was jumping around from dentist to dentist until I found Dr. Pelak and now I'm never looking back!
