I had a new crown and replaced filling in February, 2025. I indicated I would be going on vacation in 2 days and was falsely assured all would be ok. I had no pain and no sensitivity whatsoever before any work had been done at this office. I was informed the tooth (and adjacent tooth) had a crack and adjacent tooth needed a filling replaced so I proceeded with the recommendation for a crown and replacement filling. PSA, avoid this practice. The first red flag was when they gave me every excuse in the book for why they couldn't give me my xray images. When I finally got the xrays from them and took them to a different practice, the new dentist immediately informed me of a large cyst next to my wisdom tooth which required immediate removal. Dr. Kim somehow failed to notice this cyst. Her practice is more concerned with getting as many patients (customers) in and out of their doors as quickly as possible.
Everyone is very pleasant and friendly and made I was comfortable with what they were doing.
