I had a great experience with Dr. Philipi and Ms. Victoria during my visit today. Dr. Philipi was incredibly kind and showed real attention to detail throughout the entire appointment. It was clear she genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right and that I was comfortable the whole time. Ms. Victoria was also amazing — not only was she friendly and welcoming, but she took the time to clearly explain how to take care of my temporary crown. The front end and staff Colleen are the worst person to deal with ever. She tried to ruin my wedding day but I found another dentistry that was able to help me out. I suggest if you're a future patient or needing dental services to go elsewhere. Colleen is the most miserable and worst person to work with the doctors and staff there should know what's going on there. She needs to be replaced immediately or you won't have any patience at all. Colleen is running that show rudeness comes as a second nature to her.
VERY RUDE ! The Dentist himself is awesome. He makes you feel very comfortable. However, the 2 older Caucasian women who operate the front desk are very RUDE. I been serviced here for the 1st with a Routine examine which was split into 3 sessions. The 2nd appointment was scheduled for 9am which they opened at 9am so upon opening I called & asked can I come at 10. Her response was “I THOUGHT YOU LIVED IN ELKRIDGE?!” followed by “WELL HOW ADE YOU GOING TO PAY THIS 50$ CANCELLATION FEE?!” I NEVER told her I WASN'T coming , so w... read more
