Was referred by a friend who spoke very highly of this place. First time calling i was able to get an appointment the same week. I was surprised because most places you hv to wait weeks to months to get in. That was definitely a plus!!! The people that work there are very nice. EVERYONE !!! Glad I was referred to the right Dental care.
Blew up my phone calling me this morning as if I don't have a job or something. I didn't answer because I'm working. Then texts me asking to change my appointment. I don't answer again, because I was working... Then I go on lunch and check my phone to find they went ahead and changed it anyway without my permission. I text back saying to cancel and email my my x rays so I can go elsewhere as that is a very unprofessional business practice.... And they decide to try to keep calling me yet again. No thank you. I was impressed by the way I was treated. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The doctor, Azhar, was also very professional and thoughtful. A nice gentleman! The team above all really knows their stuff as a unit. I guess the turn around time was very great! I didn't have to wait for long to be taken in for the dental exam. I recommend this great team!
My first visit here and I am already not sure about their organization, I was inconvenienced to wait longer because I had to fill out my paperwork which they were supposed to send me before my appointment so I could just walk in.
