Literally the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr Zemel is the best! The dentist himself does my cleanings and my teeth feel squeaky clean once he’s finished. He is so thorough and direct, yet always answers my questions. He always explains what everything means, what he’s doing, and the things I can be doing to improve my dental hygiene/health. Very unprofessional and terrible communication from their receptionist team. I arrived 20 minutes early for my 1:45pm appointment. Then proceeded to watch them take 2 people prior to my appt and had me waiting for 40 mins. Very unprofessional and will never give this doctor any of my business, coming from a former dental assistant of 4 years
Well I get my cleaning done with new hygienist Ashley. She was amazing and did a fabulous job. Highly recommend her.
I won't pretend I know anything about dentistry. What I can tell you is that the front staff are friendly and capable, the dental hygienists cause the minimum amount of discomfort, and everyone at the practice is happy to answer any questions you might have as they're doing ... tooth things.
