I haven't been to the dentist for many years, but I have had a tremendous amount of work done in the past. I was pretty nervous about going back to the dentist because I hadn't had good dental care for a long time. The entire staff at Family Dental are super wonderful. Dr. Shar is an incredibly kind person and when she gives you an injection, well for me it was pretty much pain-free so that's a bonus. I had an appointment with them, and they kept saying that my insurance was not active. It was. They had my old insurance information and when I kept trying to give them my new insurance information, they kept saying my insurance was not active. My insurance company called them as well to verify, and they didn’t answer. This went on for weeks and they told me they had it worked out; then the next day it was not worked out.
