I went to this office two times. My insurance through work that I pay into gives me three routine cleanings a year and this provider is in network. The first visit went fine and they billed my insurance correctly and I simply paid my copay there, insurance covered it, and I was out. On my second visit, a little over six months later, this office did not bill my insurance (the exact same insurance) correctly. (Also there was no dentist in the office that day, which seemed odd).
