The staff were friendly, but there was a mistake that could have been avoided with clearer communication. It required me to come back for another visit, which was inconvenient.

As always, a great appointment at family dental choice. Lauren did a great assessment in cleaning and it was extremely personable and friendly. And of course, Dr. Hahn is always spot on!

This office does not have the patient’s best interest in mind. My story from this office has caused me almost 10 years of pain. I was only about 19 years old when I went in. This dentist Dr. Hahn said I had a cavity in one of my back teeth. He tried to fix it and made it so much worse. Huge gap in my teeth, I had pain for a month after. The next month I came back in and told him what happened. This company charged me $50 more to numb my tooth which they messed up. Dissatisfied with the quality of dental services received. Services was done and included root canal which also needed a crown& filling later. Had crown put on wrong tooth. The one needed had erosion but he decided to put on one that had cavity without telling me. Later crown put on correct tooth with minimal charge. Had issues with lower appliance which took many visits for lab requests. Had fillings that had to be re-done also. At final delivery it was still too large, caused mouth sores, jaw pain.
