Missed my appointment because I overslept due to being out of town for a family situation and they refused to let me reschedule or even see me at all when I called a few hours later... absolutely horrible customer service dont waste your time!!!
Called to make my my first appt. My insurance says taking new patients. So when I called the lady was very rude she said we arent taking new patients and I said my insurance says you are. Then she said just a second and rudely put me On hold. There are only 2 dentist here that take my insurance.
Staff and Dr are absolutely amazing! Patient, understanding, and caring. They got me in quickly and really cared about the overall care, not just another person they want money from. Without dental insurance they're one of the most affordable within an hours drive. I'll never go to another dentist.
